中老铁路登革热媒介伊蚊幼虫密度调查

Investigation on larval density of dengue fever vector Aedes along China-Laos railway

摘要 目的对中老铁路沿线登革热媒介白纹伊蚊、埃及伊蚊幼虫密度进行现况调查与分析,为沿线铁路的登革热防控工作提供科学依据。方法用布雷图指数(BI)法和容器指数(CI)法对中老铁路沿线9个车站周围环境开展调查。结果共调查5400户、2693个容器,阳性容器数645个,西双版纳站与勐腊站监测到白纹伊蚊和埃及伊蚊,其他车站只监测到白纹伊蚊。各车站BI值最高的是勐腊站21.7、最低的是峨山站5.3;普洱、西双版纳地区车站的CI值(24.7%、25.4%)高于玉溪地区车站的18.0%(χ^(2)=11.075,P=0.004);不同生存环境中竹木混合林、茶林、橡胶林的CI值高于其他环境。结论中老铁路沿线车站周围环境都有登革热媒介白纹伊蚊、埃及伊蚊分布,白纹伊蚊为优势蚊种,主要孳生环境是周围的橡胶林、竹木混合林、茶林。 Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of larval density of dengue fever vectors,Aedes albopictus and Ae.aegypti along China-Laos railway,and to provide scientific basis for dengue fever prevention and control for railway workers along the railway.Methods Breteau index(BI)method and container index(CI)method were adopted for the investigation in 9 stations and around environment along China-Laos railway.Results Among 2693 containers investigated in 5400 houses,645 were positive.Ae.albopictus and Ae.aegypti were found in Xishuangbanna station and Mengla station,while only Ae.albopictus was found in the other stations.Among the stations,the highest BI value was 21.7 in Mengla station,and the lowest was 5.3 in Eshan ststion.The CI values of Pu’er station and Xishuangbanna station(24.7%,25.4%)were higher than that of Yuxi station 18.0%,(χ^(2)=11.075,P=0.004).The CIs were higher in bamboo and wood mixed forest,tea forest and rubber forest among different habitats.Conclusion Ae.albopictus was the dominate species in environment of stations along China-Laos railway.The main breeding environments of these mosquitoes were rubber forest,bamboo and wood mixed forest,and tea forest.
