24种植物精油及4种化学驱避剂空间驱蚊效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察24种不同植物精油及避蚊胺、驱蚊酯、羟哌酯、电热蚊香液(0.8%氯氟醚菊酯)4种化学驱避剂的空间驱蚊效果。方法采用空间驱蚊测试箱进行效果测试。结果稀释10倍后,24种精油中艾叶油、雪松油、薄荷油的空间驱避效果较好,5 min的空间驱避率在85%以上,20 min的空间驱避率达到90%以上;4种化学驱避剂中避蚊胺(10%)与电热蚊香液(0.8%氯氟醚菊酯)效果较好,5 min的空间驱避率在80%以上,20 min的空间驱避率在85%以上。结论一些植物精油表现出良好的空间驱避效果,具有开发成为空间驱蚊产品的前景。 Objective To observe the spatial mosquito repellency of 24 plant essential oils,and diethyltoluamide,ethyl N-hexanoylalaninate,icaridin and electrothermal vaporizing liquid(0.8%content of meperfluthrin).Methods The spatial repellent test box was used for effect test.Results After 10 folds dilution,mugwort oil,cedar oil,and peppermint oil of the 24 essential oils tested showed better spatial repellency to mosquitoes,with the repellent rates over 85%at 5 minutes after the treatment,and over 90%at 20 minutes after the treatment.Among the 4 chemical repellents,DEET(10%content)and electrothermal vaporizing liquid(0.8%content of meperfluthrin)displayed better repellency,with the repellent rates more than 80%at 5 minutes after the treatment and more than 85%at 20 minutes after the treatment.Conclusion Some plant essential oils showed good spatial repellent effect,and might have the prospect of developing into space mosquito repellent products.
