0.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂对蚊蝇幼虫的药效研究

摘要 目的评价0.5%吡丙醚颗粒剂对蚊蝇幼虫的实验室和现场药效。方法在实验室和现场对蚊蝇幼虫分别按10、30 g/m^(2)颗粒剂量进行试验。结果实验室试验:一个发育周期内蚊蝇幼虫死亡率分别为34.33%、8.67%,蛹的阻止羽化率分别为99.49%、100%。现场药效试验:现场投药后将蚊蝇幼虫带回实验室饲养,蚊蝇幼虫死亡率分别为23%、31%,阻止羽化率分别为81.82%、86.96%;现场试验区蚊幼虫5~20 d内相关密度指数均大于50,相对密度下降率为16.37%~24.39%,而蛹相关密度指数均小于50,相对密度下降率为69.39%~82.14%,20 d后蚊幼虫及蛹密度均逐步回升,30 d蚊幼虫相关密度指数大于100。结论该制剂对蚊蝇幼虫杀灭率较低,但对蛹羽化有较高的抑制率。 Objective To evaluate the control efficacy of 0.5%pyriproxyfen granules on mosquito and fly larvae in laboratory and field.Methods The control effect of 5%pyriproxyfen granules on mosquito and fly larvae were evaluated at doses of 10 and 30 g/m^(2),respectively in laboratory and field.Results In the laboratory test,the mortalities of mosquito and fly larvae were 34.33%and 8.67%,respectively,and the eclosion inhibition rates were 99.49%and 100%,respectively,after the application of 5%pyriproxyfen granules.In the field test,the mosquito and fly larvae were taken back to the laboratory for feeding after administration in the field,the mortalities of the mosquito and fly larvae were 23%and 31%,respectively,and the eclosion inhibition rates were 81.82%and 86.96%,respectively;the relative population index(RPI)of larvae in the field experimental groups were more than 50,and the larvae density declined by 16.37%to 24.39%for 5-20 days;the RPI of pupae in the experimental groups were less than 50,and the pupae density declined by 69.39%to 82.14%for 5-20 days;the density of larvae or pupae rose gradually after 20 days and the RPI of larvae was more than 100 for 30 days.Conclusion The 0.5%pyriproxyfen granules showed poor killing ability on the mosquito and fly larvae,but displayed effective in hibition on the eclosion.
