辽宁省医养结合中医疗卫生服务基本情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of The Basic Situation of Medical and Health Services in Liaoning Province

目的通过对辽宁省医养结合服务模式情况进行调查分析,为进一步加强医养结合机构医疗卫生服务监管,促进医养结合产业发展提供参考。方法对辽宁省被调查医养结合机构医疗机构级别、医疗和养老床位配备、入住老人年龄、入住老人健康、医务人员配备等情况进行统计分析。结果被调查医养结合机构医疗机构级别较低;提供医疗卫生服务的医养结合机构入住平均人数高于不能提供医疗卫生服务的养老机构;医务人员配备严重不足。结论应进一步完善医养结合相关法律法规及标准,卫生健康行政部门要加大扶持力度,加强行业监管,促进医养结合产业健康可持续发展。

Obiective Through the investigation and analysis of the mode of combined medical and nursing services in Liaoning Province,it will provide references for further strengthening the supervision of medical and health services in medical institutions and promoting the development of medical and health care industries.Methods Statistical analysis of the level of medical institutions under investigation,the availability of medical and old-age beds,the age of admission to the elderly,the health of the elderly and the availability of medical personnel.Results The level of the institutions investigated is relatively low;the average number of persons admitted to medical and health care institutions is higher than that of old-age institutions that cannot provide medical and health services;medical staffing is seriously inadequate.Conclusion We will further improve the relevant laws,regulations and standards for medical and health care,and the health administration departments will step up support,strengthen industry supervision,and promote the healthy and sustained development of medical and health care industries.
