2018年北京市朝阳区星级酒店公共用品抽检结果分析

Analysis on Public Supplies Sampling Results of Star Hotels,Chaoyang Area,Beijing City,2018

目的了解北京市朝阳区星级酒店卫生状况,分析酒店卫生管理现状,为更好地监管旅店业提供依据。方法对北京市朝阳区所有三至五星级酒店内卫生检测结果进行分析。结果共检测北京市朝阳区星级酒店样品1864份,抽检物品包括:毛巾、杯具、被套、床单、浴巾、浴袍、枕套,细菌总数检测项目合格率依次为:58.85%、39.02%、60.58%、60.10%、57.55%、54.29%、56.67%,大肠菌群检测项目合格率依次为:85.17%、85.37%、86.54%、85.10%、84.38%、85.71%、85.71%;三星级、四星级、五星级不同级别酒店细菌总数检测项目合格率依次为:50.06%、57.65%、67.38%,大肠菌群检测项目合格率依次为:79.83%、87.72%、95.60%;卫生信誉等级A级酒店大肠菌群合格率为93.24%、细菌总数合格率为59.81%;卫生信誉等级B级酒店大肠菌群合格率为18.91%、细菌总数合格率为7.96%。结论北京市朝阳区星级酒店公共用品用具消毒效果合格率较低,卫生监督部门应加强对星级酒店的监管,督促酒店经营者做好卫生管理工作。

Objective To know the hygiene status of star hotels,analyze the current management status of hotels,and provide basis for better supervision of the hotel.Methods The sanitary monitoring results of all 3—5 star hotels in Chaoyang district were analyzed.Results 1864 samples were tested,including:towels,cups,quilt covers,bed sheets,bath towels,bathrobes,pillowcases,and the qualified rates of the total bacterial count monitoring items were 58.85%,39.02%,60.58%,60.10%,57.55%,54.29%and 56.67%respectively;the qualified rates of the coliform detection items were 85.17%,85.37%,86.54%,85.10%,84.38%,85.71%and 85.71%respectively;the qualified rates of the total bacterial count monitoring items in the three-star,four-star and five-star hotels were 50.06%,57.65%and 67.38%,and the qualified rates of the coliform detection items were:79.83%,87.72%,95.60%.The qualified rate of confirm bacteria in health credit rating A hotel was 93.24%,the qualified rate of total bacteria was 59.81%;the qualified rate of confirm bacteria in health credit rating B hotel was 18.91%,the qualified rate of total bacteria was 7.96%.Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection effect of public goods in star hotels in Chaoyang District of Beijing is relatively low.The health supervision department should strengthen the supervision of star hotels and urge hotel operators to do a good job in health management.
