通过对一起典型的非医师行医系列案情复杂案件进行分析,在案件移交问题上与公安部门进行了有效衔接,并针对违法主体认定、调查取证、查处后回访制度的落实及行刑衔接等问题进行深入思考,希望能为今后办理类似案件提供参考。

Through the introduction and analysis of three consecutive cases ofillegal medical practice in a hospital,the author discussed about the crime of illegal practice that wasestablishing effective connection with the public security departments.Opinions and suggestions wereput forward after a discussion in depth on issues such as confirmation of litigant,scene evidence obtaining,application of law,call-back system and the connection between administrative enforcement and criminal justice and so on.This article would provide important reference for such cases in future.
