2014—2018年大连市消毒产品生产企业监管情况分析及对策探讨

Analysis of follow-up evaluation results of food safety standards in Jiangsu Province from 2014 to 2018

目的了解大连市消毒产品生产企业的现状,找出薄弱环节,为加强事中事后监管提供科学依据和思路。方法通过对2014—2018年大连市消毒产品生产企业监督管理情况的汇总,从卫生许可、现场监督、消毒产品等三个方面进行分析。结果大连市消毒产品生产企业监管情况总体呈向好趋势,但企业自身管理和监督管理方面仍存在问题。结论积极推进"分类监督综合评价""、引入黑名单公示机制"等管理手段,提高消毒产品生产企业监管效果。

Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection products manufacturing enterprises in Dalian,to find out the weak stages,and provide scientific basis and ideas for strengthening in-process and post event supervision.Methods Through the summary of the supervision and management of Dalian disinfection product manufacturing enterprises from 2014 to 2018,the paperanalyzes from three aspects:hygiene license,on-site supervision and disinfection products.Results In Dalian,the supervision of disinfection production enterprises is on the rise,but there are still problems in the management and supervision of enterprises.Conclusion Actively promote"comprehensive evaluation of classified supervision"and"introduction of blacklist publicity mechanism"to improve the supervision effect of disinfection product production enterprises.
