严寒地区某电厂双曲线冷却塔筒壁损伤的加固设计

摘要 针对严寒地区某电厂冷却塔运行20多年,受循环水腐蚀、冻融循环等影响,塔筒出现渗漏、大范围混凝土开裂、疏松等结构内部损伤问题,提出内部损伤裂缝注胶、疏松混凝土采用纤维增强型修复砂浆置换,这种以不改变冷却塔传力途径、不增加冷却塔筒壁结构厚度的加固设计方法,同时介绍了施工主要工艺和要求,可为今后冷却塔加固设计提供一条新的途径。 One cooling tower of a power plant in the severe cold area has been running for more than 20 years,it is affected by circulating water corrosion,freezing,melting cycle and begin to has internal damage problems such as leakage,large-scale cracking and porosity.In order to solve these problems,it is proposed that the internal damage cracks should be glued and that the loose concrete should be replaced by fiber-reinforced repair mortar.This reinforcement design method does not change the force transmission path of the cooling tower and does not increase the thickness of the cooling tower wall.At the same time,the main construction technology and requirements are introduced.It can provide a new way for the reinforcement design of the cooling tower in the future.
