摘要
针对火力发电厂、垃圾焚烧发电厂等大跨度、大柱距的大体量建筑(如干煤棚、空冷支架、焚烧间及烟气净化间等)的桩基和独立基础设计展开讨论。考虑在恒载和风荷载作用下,柱脚产生的水平力、竖向力和弯矩,研究该条件下桩基布置和独立基础的地基反力、受弯、锚杆拔力等情况。建立三维有限元模型,对比各方案的基础尺寸、受力和配筋,发明了一种新型的带肋板墙基础(该专利已获得授权),节省了基础的工程量,可为同类工程提供参考。
The paper mainly discusses the pile and independent foundation design for the large volume building with long span and large column spacing(such as dry coal shed,air cooling rack,incineration room and flue gas purification room etc.)in thermal power plants,waste incineration power plant and so on.In the condition of dead load and wind load,research pile arrangement and subgrade reaction,bending,anchor bolt with the horizontal and vertical forces and bending moments at the column foot.This paper compares the foundation size,force analysis and reinforcements of each foundation scheme,develops one new foundation with stiffening wallboard(the patent has been authorized),and saves the amount of the foundation,and it can be a reference for similar projects.
