摘要
受制于国家政策及有限的土地资源,越来越多的光伏电站项目开发选址在山地及丘陵地区,而山地光伏支架结构设计与常规地面光伏项目有较大差异,若不考虑地形因素,设计人员很难对工程结构安全性及项目建设投资的控制提供足够保障。基于某山地光伏实际工程设计经验,利用有限元软件SAP2000,采用不同的风荷载地形修正系数对光伏支架结构进行数值分析,并充分考虑山地光伏支架布置方向对结构设计的影响。研究总结了山地光伏支架与常规地面光伏支架在风荷载取值、有限元数值分析、檩条挠度控制、截面选取及上部支架钢结构用量等目标参数上的差异与控制要点,结合实际工程经验,指出山地光伏项目建设目前存在的问题,并提出该类项目未来的研究方向与相关设计建议。
Subject to national policies and land resources,more and more photovoltaic power plants are located in mountainous and hilly areas,and the structural design of photovoltaic support in mountainous areas is quite different from that of conventional ground photovoltaic projects.Without considering the topographic factors,designers cannot easily provide an adequate guarantee for the safety of engineering structure and the control of project construction investment.In this paper,based on the practical design experience of a mountain photovoltaic engineering,the finite element software SAP2000 is used to numerically analyze the photovoltaic support structure with different wind load terrain correction coefficients,and the influence of the mountain photovoltaic support layout direction on the structural design is fully considered.Research summarizes the difference between the mountain photovoltaic support and the conventional ground photovoltaic support in the value of wind load,finite element numerical analysis,purlin deflection control,section selection and upper support steel structure dosage and other target parameters and control points.Combined with the practical engineering experience,the paper points out the existing problems in the mountain photovoltaic project construction,and puts forward the future research direction of this kind of project and related design suggestions.
