摘要
火力发电厂工程中,大部分主厂房地下设施设有循环水坑及凝泵坑,其坑壁结构的钢筋直接锚入框架柱,并联合浇筑成为整体。因此在主厂房抗震性能分析中不应忽视坑壁结构对整体结构刚度的影响。基于某实例工程,分别建立了有坑壁、无坑壁2种不同形式的整体模型,对比其抗震性能的差异,分析地震内力的传递模式,得出坑壁结构对主厂房整体刚度有较明显的影响,其中与坑壁进行整浇的框架柱内力会产生明显变化。研究提出了对应的设计方法,也为后续设计中对相关框架柱进行专项分析提供了理论依据。
In the thermal power plant project,the underground facilities of the main workshop are equipped with circulating pump pits and condensate pump pits.The steel bars of the pit wall structure are directly anchored into the frame columns,and they are jointly poured to form a whole.Therefore,the influence of the pit wall structure on the overall structural stiffness should not be ignored in the analysis of the seismic performance of the main powerhouse.Based on an example project,this paper establishes two different types of integral models with pit walls and without pit walls,compares the differences in their seismic performance,analyzes the transfer mode of earthquake internal forces,and concludes that the pit wall structure has a greater impact on the overall stiffness of the main powerhouse.Obvious influence,in which the internal force of the frame column that is integrally poured with the pit wall will produce obvious changes.Through the study of this paper,the corresponding design method is proposed,which also provides a theoretical basis for the special analysis of the relevant frame columns in the subsequent design.
