大跨度倒三角管桁架设计优化对比分析研究

Comparative analysis and research of design optimization for long-span inverted triangular tube truss

摘要 汽机房屋面作为火电厂主厂房中的重要组成部分,跨度和荷载往往较大,且安全性要求更高。首先详细阐述了不同屋面板的优劣势,随后对普通倒三角管桁架、拱形倒三角管桁架、张弦拱形倒三角管桁架3种屋面结构进行了对比;结合实际算例,分析了不同结构形式分别在不同跨度(36、39、42、45 m)、不同屋面形式(压型钢板+现浇混凝土、压型钢板+现浇轻集料混凝土、钢骨架轻型板)下的结构整体用钢量,最终对汽机房屋面的材料选择和结构选型提供了优化建议。 As an important part of the main building of the power plant,the span and load are large of steam turbine house cover,and the safety requirements are higher.This paper firstly elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of different roof panels,and then compares the common inverted triangle truss,arch inverted triangle truss and tensioned arch inverted triangle truss roof structures.Combined with practical examples,the steel quantity of different structural forms in different span(36,39,42,45 m)and different roof forms(molded steel plate+cast-in-place concrete,molded steel plate+cast-in-place light aggregate concrete,steel skeleton light plate)is analyzed.Finally,the optimization suggestions for material selection and structure selection of turbine building surface are provided.
