基于国际标准的某火电厂钢结构主厂房抗震设计

摘要 部分海外工程项目结构设计要求执行ASCE、AISC等国际标准体系,其抗震设计理念及其计算方法和中国标准存在很大差异。海外项目建筑物多采用钢结构,因此,按照国际标准钢结构进行抗震设计成为了海外项目结构设计的重点和难点。以孟加拉国某高烈度区的火力发电厂主厂房设计为例,阐述了应用国际标准进行钢结构抗震设计的要点,重点分析了以下内容:1)规范版本选取原则;2)抗震设计类别的确定原则;3)分析方法的选取原则;4)特殊抗震结构体系的确定;5)双向地震考虑条件;6)冗余度系数ρ及超强系数Ω_(0)的确定;7)计算结果检验要点;等等。所述设计经验和规范要求结论可为涉外工程结构设计人员提供参考。 The structural design of some overseas engineering projects requires the implementation of the international standard.The seismic design concept and calculation method of the international standard are very different from the Chinese standard.Most of the buildings in overseas projects use steel structure,so the seismic design according to the international standard steel structure has become the focus and difficulty in the structural design of overseas projects.Taking a thermal power plant in a high intensity area of Bangladesh as an example,this paper expounds the key points of applying international standard to seismic design of steel structure,and analyzes the following contents:1)The selection principle of code version;2)Principles for determining the type of seismic design;3)Selection principle of analysis method;4)Determination of special seismic structural system;5)Bidirectional earthquake consideration conditions;6)Determination of redundancy coefficientρand strength coefficientΩ_(0);7)Calculation results test points,etc.The design experience and the conclusion of specification requirements described in this paper can provide reference for foreign engineering structure designers.
