1000 MW汽轮发电机基座长期动力性能研究

Research on the long-term dynamic performance of 1000 MW steam turbine generator foundation

摘要 随着大容量、高参数汽轮机的研究发展,1000 MW汽轮发电机在电厂中的运用不断增加,保证大容量机组的长期平稳运行仍是目前设计的关键任务。而汽轮发电机基座的动力设计一般基于新机交付状态,对于其余状态的振动并未做设计要求。因此,为保证1000 MW汽轮发电机基座的长期动力性能,采用有限元软件建立某1000 MW汽轮发电机基座三维模型,通过对振动评价区域及相应振动区域工况、不平衡扰力、阻尼比、长期刚度影响系数等参数的研究,建立了基座长期动力性能设计方法。并通过稳态分析结果评估1000 MW汽轮发电机基座的长期动力性能,为1000 MW汽轮发电机基座长期平稳运行提供设计支撑。研究结果可为汽轮发电机基座长期动力性能设计提供参考。 With the research and development of large-capacity and high-parameter steam turbines,1000 MW steam turbine generators are increasingly used in power plants.Ensuring the long-term stable operation of large-capacity units is still the key task of current design.However,the dynamic design of the turbine generator foundation is generally based on the delivery state of the new machine,and no design requirements are made for the vibration of other states.Therefore,in order to ensure the longterm dynamic performance of the 1000 MW steam turbine generator foundation,the finite element software is used to establish a three-dimensional model of a 1000 MW steam turbine generator foundation,and the long-term dynamic performance design method of the foundation is established by studying the parameters such as the vibration evaluation area and the corresponding vibration area conditions,unbalanced disturbance,damping ratio,and long-term stiffness influence coefficient.The longterm dynamic performance of the 1000 MW steam turbine generator foundation is evaluated through the steady-state analysis results,providing design support for the long-term stable operation of the 1000 MW steam turbine generator foundation.The research results can provide a reference for the long-term dynamic performance design of turbogenerator foundation.
