摘要
大型整体式圆形煤场荷载工况多样,土体-基础-上部结构之间的相互作用复杂。针对上述问题,依托湖南岳阳某大型煤场工程,基于Python语言和Abaqus平台开发了圆形煤场参数化建模和后处理算法,能够高效完成煤场基础和上部结构的建模工作,快速调整桩位布置和上部结构尺寸,批量计算内力并输出全面的可视化结果,包括所有桩的桩顶内力分布图和挡煤墙的内力分布图等,显著提高了圆形煤场的设计和优化效率。
Large scale integral circular coal yards have a variety of load cases,and the interaction between soil,foundation,and superstructure is very complex,which makes the calculation process very difficult.Finite element method is commonly used for analysis.Due to the large scale of the model,the modelling and post-processing usually takes a long time,significantly affecting the efficiency of structural optimization design.In response to the above problems,relying on a large coal yard project in Yueyang,Hunan Province,a parametric modelling and post-processing algorithm for circular coal yards has been developed based on Python language and Abaqus platform,which can efficiently model the foundation and superstructure of the coal yard,quickly adjust the pile layout and superstructure dimensions,calculate internal forces in batches,and output comprehensive visual results,including the internal force distribution diagram of all piles and the internal force distribution diagram of the coal retaining wall.The method proposed in this paper can significantly improve the efficiency of the design and optimization of circular coal yards.
