摘要
火力发电厂高烟囱对风荷载极其敏感,尤其是横风向振动对高烟囱的设计至关重要,在工程实践中发现现有风荷载计算方法尚需进一步修正。通过现场实测获得了高雷诺数下火力发电厂圆形截面高烟囱的风荷载实测值和风致振动特征,并采用数值模拟辅助实测结果研究相关参数取值。最终提出了烟囱结构阻尼比等风荷载设计参数的取值建议,可供工程设计参考使用。
The high chimney of thermal power plant is extremely sensitive to wind load.In particular,the crosswind vibration is very important to the design of high chimney,which is often controlled load.In engineering practice,it is found that the existing wind load calculation method needs to be further modified.However,due to a lack of sufficient measured data,some design parameters can only be selected by referring to the relevant specifications and experience of similar structures,resulting in the difficulty of ensuring the accuracy of some calculation parameters,resulting in certain risks in the wind resistance design of the chimney.In this paper,the accurate wind load and wind-induced vibration characteristics of circular section high chimney of thermal power plants using actual high Reynolds number are obtained through field measurement.Numerical simulation is used to assist the measured results to study the value of relevant parameters.Finally,the value of wind load design parameters such as damping ratio of chimney structure is suggested for a reference in engineering design.
