摘要
双曲线型冷却塔是电力行业里运用广泛的水工结构,是一种造型独特的高耸空间薄壳结构。目前行业内的分析计算方法主要基于ANSYS等大型通用有限元软件,但很少采用midas这类结构分析有限元软件。基于midas Gen平台,对某电厂项目超大型双曲线型冷却塔进行有限元分析,并与ANSYS软件计算结果进行对比,结果表明:midas软件计算结果与ANSYS软件结果趋势一致,并且各个位置内力计算结果较为相近。相较于ANSYS软件,midas的界面操作友好,结果读取方便,并且具备按规范进行配筋设计与裂缝反算功能,更易于被工程设计人员使用。
Hyperbolic cooling tower is a widely used hydraulic structure in the power industry,and it is a towering space shell structure with a unique shape.At present,the common analysis and calculation methods are mainly based on famous general software such as ANSYS,but FEM software focuses on structural calculation such as the rare use of midas.Based on the midas Gen platform,this paper conducts FEM structural analysis of an ultra-sized hyperbolic cooling tower in a power plant project,and compares it with the calculation results of ANSYS software.The results show that the calculation results of midas software are consistent with the results of ANSYS,and the calculation results are relatively close.Compared with ANSYS,midas has a friendly interface,easy to read results,and has the functions of reinforcement design and crack wide calculation according to specifications,which is easier to be used by engineering designers.
