摘要
以平顶山某风电场的风机基础设计为背景,利用岩土有限元分析软件Midas GTS NX开展了风机预应力岩石锚杆基础及岩石地基的整体有限元建模,对基础及岩石地基的受载力学行为进行了研究。分析了预应力锚杆风机基础与岩石地基的协同受力作用,研究了基础-岩石地基的界面力学行为,并将计算结果与理论公式计算结果进行了比较讨论。结果表明,有限元方法与理论公式计算结果具有一致性,该基础形式通过锚杆连接,使得基础与岩石地基具有较好的力学协同性,展现出良好的抗倾覆性能,但该基础形式对地基承载力要求较高,设计中应注意复核,以免造成设计隐患。
Based on the design of wind turbine foundation in Pingdingshan wind power project,the finite element modeling of wind turbine foundation anchored by prestressed rock bolt is carried out by using Midas GTS NX,and the load behavior of foundation and rock is studied.The cooperative force between foundation and rock is analyzed,the interface mechanical behavior between foundation and rock is studied,and the calculation results are compared with that of the theoretical calculation formula.The results show that the finite element calculation is consistent with that of the theoretical formula.The foundation form is connected by anchor bolt,which makes the foundation and rock have good mechanical coordination and shows good anti-overturning performance.However,the foundation form requires high bearing capacity of the rock,so more attention should be paid to in the design.
