摘要
北京某边坡支护项目填土较厚,工程性质差异较大,支护方案采用桩锚支护体系,为确保深厚复杂填土条件下锚杆施工质量,首先对劈裂注浆水灰比及劈浆间隔时间进行确认,之后分别进行了等长双管劈浆及长短管双管劈浆试验,结果表明,双管劈浆均能有效提升锚杆施工质量,其中先短后长双管劈浆试验就提升效果及经济性而言最优。
This paper is based on a slope retaining project in Beijing.The project has thick soil filling and great difference in engineering properties.The support scheme adopts pile-anchor support system.In order to ensure the construction quality of anchorage under the condition of deep and complex soil filling,the water-cement ratio of split grouting and the interval time of split grouting are firstly confirmed,and then the equal length and long length double pipe split grouting tests are carried out.The results show that both double pipe splitting can effectively improve the construction quality of anchorage,and the double pipe splitting of short before long is the best in terms of improving effect and economy.
