摘要
新型可收纳防风网的塔架结构体系主要由基础、上部钢结构、钢索以及机械滑轮组成。上部钢结构采用单边开口四支柱钢结构支撑体系,防风网悬挂在塔架之间的钢索上,通过塔架顶部的滑轮组进行防风网的收纳与伸张。新型塔架结构的应用有利于降低防风网的维护费用以及延长结构体系的使用寿命。该结构已经在2022年北京冬奥会场地中得到了成功应用,填补了国内该项技术的空白,为同类防风网收纳结构设计提供了依据。
A new type of tower structure with windproof net is designed,which is mainly composed of foundation,upper steel structure,steel cable and mechanical pulley.The steel structure adopts the singleside opening four-pillar steel structure support system,and the windproof net is suspended on the cable between the towers.The windproof net is received and extended through the pulley group on the top of the tower.The application of the new tower structure is beneficial to reduce the maintenance cost of the windproof net and prolong the service life of the structure system.The structure has been successfully applied in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics site,filling the gap of this technology in China,and providing a basis for the structural design of similar windproof net storage.
