摘要
某工程采用综合钢结构主厂房形式,汽轮发电机机组采用高低位双轴布置,高位轴系机组放置于高约80 m的楼面,该机组的抗震设计是本工程的难点之一。楼面地震动响应谱是高位轴系机组抗震设计的重要依据。采用多条地震波时程分析得到综合主厂房高位布置汽轮发电机组支承处的楼面响应谱。楼面响应谱计算结果表明,地震动从地面传到楼面有所放大,但仍能满足机组设备对楼层处地震水平加速度不大于0.30g的要求。
The integrated steel main building is used in a project.Double shaft turbine generator units are applied in this project.High shaft unit is placed in the floor with 80 m height,seismic design of the high shaft unit is one of the key technologies of the project.The floor response spectrum is an important basis for the seismic design of high shaft unit.The design floor spectrum at high shaft unit level is solved by probability statistics of multiple seismic time-history analysis for integrated steel main building.Floor spectra calculation results show that ground motion has been enlarged at floor,but can still meet the requirements of floor peak acceleration which is not greater than 0.30g at the unit floor level.
