环境效益最优法在张北柔性直流工程跨越官厅水库段中的设计应用

摘要 作为北京2022年冬奥会的配套工程,张北柔直工程秉持着绿色冬奥的办奥理念,工程的环保性和低碳属性对输电线路设计提出了更高的要求。该工程跨越官厅水库段,为避免工程建设与水库管理等相抵触,减少工程建设对水库库区水环境、水质等方面的影响,切实做到低碳环保、环境友好的工程建设目标,采用环境效益最优法对相关设计进行比选,选出环境效益最优方案,为其他线路工程做库区中立塔设计提供借鉴。 As the supporting auxiliary project of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games,Zhangbei Flexible DC Project also adheres to the concept of green Winter Olympic Games.The environmental protection and low-carbon character of the project put forward higher requirements for the design of transmission lines.The project crosses Guanting Reservoir Section.To avoid the conflict between project construction and reservoir management,reduce the impact of project construction on water environment and water quality and achieve the goal of low-carbon,environmental protection and environment-friendly project construction,the environmental benefit optimization method is used to compare and select relevant designs,the optimal design of environmental benefit is selected.The Zhangbei Flexible DC project design provides advanced experience for other transmission line projects in reservoir areas.
