摘要
针对风电机组钢混塔结构建造技术,对混塔式风机基础、混凝土塔筒段预制、组装、整体安装、预留空间2次填充封闭及钢混连接段结构施工工序进行专项研究,总结出一套混凝土塔筒+钢塔筒施工工艺及施工方法,且为保障施工质量,提出了混凝土塔筒段拼装、吊装及2次填充封闭专用支撑体系及保障措施。
Aiming at the construction technology of steel-concrete tower structure of wind turbine group,a special study is carried out on the prefabrication,assembly and overall installation of concrete tower foundation,secondary filling and sealing of reserved space and construction process of steel-concrete connection section structure.A set of construction technology and method of concrete tower+steel tower are summarized.In order to ensure the construction quality,the assembly and hoisting of concrete tower section are put forward as special support system and safeguard measures for secondary filling and sealing.
