悬挂式双锥体钢煤斗施工关键技术研究

Research on the key construction technology of the suspended double cone steel coal scuttle

摘要 近年来,集发电、供气及供暖一体的小型火电厂的民生项目仍是国内城市的重点工程,同时作为超高温亚临界的新型机组工程,在国内应用市场潜力巨大,而双锥体钢煤斗在该型机组中应用广泛,其施工工艺较为简单,应用效益较高,具有较好的推广意义。此类钢煤斗为方形双锥体钢煤斗,由于无裙座及顶盖,通过侧面悬挂及挑耳支撑直接固定在煤斗梁侧面。因此此类钢煤斗节省原材料、制作工艺简单、大大降低了施工成本。由于无裙座,且存在挑耳设计,因此在制作及安装阶段均不能按照传统方案施工,根据此类结构施工特点进行了分析研究。 In recent years,the livelihood projects of small thermal power plants integrating power generation,gas supply and heating are still the key projects in domestic cities.At the same time,as a new type of ultra-high temperature subcritical unit engineering,it has great market potential in China.The double cone steel coal scuttle is widely used in this type of unit,with simple construction technology and high application efficiency,which has a good promotion significance.This kind of steel coal scuttle is square double cone steel coal scuttle.Because there is no skirt and top cover,it is directly fixed on the side of coal bucket beam by side suspension and lug support.Therefore,this kind of steel coal scuttle saves raw materials,simple manufacturing process and greatly reduces the construction cost.However,due to the absence of skirt and the existence of lug design,it can not be constructed according to the traditional scheme in the production and installation stage.This paper will analyze and study the construction characteristics of this kind of structure.
