摘要
槽式光热电站太阳岛集热器基础为灌注桩基础,每个桩基础顶设计有4根预埋螺栓,预埋螺栓与灌注桩一次施工成型,每排灌注桩包含13个桩基础,跨距148 m,要求每排灌注桩预埋螺栓同精度控制,螺栓安装跨度大、精度要求高造成施工难度大,通过对比常规螺栓安装方法,总结研究灌注桩预埋螺栓专用安装装置,保证螺栓安装精度要求。
Sun island collector groove solar-thermal power station foundation for pile foundation,each pile foundation design with 4 root embedded bolt,an embedded bolts and filling pile construction molding,contained 13 per row piles of pile foundation,the span 148 m,for every row piles embedded bolts with accuracy control,bolt installation of large span,high accuracy caused by construction is difficult,by comparing the conventional bolt installation method,summarizes the research piles embedded bolt dedicated device installation,ensure the bolt installation accuracy requirement.
