1350MW燃煤机组电厂超高排烟塔烟道口施工技术创新

摘要 申能安徽平山电厂二期1350 MW燃煤机组工程无论是建设规模还是施工难度都是同类工程的世界之最,其中超高排烟冷却塔的烟道口施工技术最具特色,不仅需要解决烟道口处模板施工平台连续性的难题,还要解决高空处混凝土牛腿模板支撑施工和筒壁爬模挂靠爬升施工等一系列难题。为此研制了一套钢制组合支撑架体系,以实现该区域施工技术创新,达到又好又快的施工效果。 The power plant phaseⅡ1350 MW coal-fired unit project of Shenneng Anhui Pingshan,regardless of the construction scale or construction difficulty,is the largest in the world,in which the flue mouth construction technology of ultra-high smoke exhaust cooling tower is the most unique,which needs to solve not only the problem of continuity of the formwork construction platform at the flue mouth,but also a series of problems,such as the formwork support construction of concrete corbel at high altitude and the climbing formwork construction of cylinder wall problems.For this reason,a set of steel composite support frame system is customized,which realizes the construction technology innovation in this area and achieves good and fast construction effect.
