基坑开挖控制的BIM+3D GIS融合检测方法及应用 被引量:2

摘要 大型基坑开挖受周围自然环境和已有建筑物影响大,基坑的开挖方案将直接影响施工质量和进度。针对水电工程中复杂大型基坑开挖过程及特点,在分析3D GIS、BIM技术功能的基础上,围绕基坑开挖实时控制及工程量统计,建立3D GIS技术与BIM技术的融合检测方法,并将该方法应用于邕宁水利工程闸坝坝基基坑开挖方案比选、过程动态监测及施工矫正。结果表明,该方法能较好地控制基坑开挖质量,为提升施工质量、保证施工安全和加快施工进度等建立了一条有效途径。 The excavation of a large foundation pit is greatly affected by the surrounding natural environment and existing buildings.The quality and quality of the construction plan of the foundation pit and the quality control will directly affect the quality and progress of the main concrete construction.Based on the analysis of 3 D GIS and BIM technology functions,the thesis aims at the complex and large-scale foundation pit excavation process and characteristics of hydropower projects,and establishes a fusion detection method of 3 D GIS technology and BIM technology around the real-time control of foundation pit excavation and engineering quantity statistics.In order to control the quality of large-scale foundation pit excavation,this paper combines the three-dimensional geographic information system(3 D GIS)with BIM technology and applies this method to the foundation pit of the gate and dam of the Yongning water conservancy project,and proposes a comparison and selection of foundation pit excavation options,process dynamic monitoring and construction correction integrated project quality control method.The method is applied to the Yongning water conservancy project in Nanning City,Guangxi.The results of the application show that the method can control the quality of foundation pit excavation more accurately,and establish an effective method for improving construction quality,ensuring construction safety,and accelerating construction progress.This method also has certain reference significance for the quality control of other large-scale foundation pit excavation projects.
