国内外大型塔式光热电站吸热器安装技术研究应用

摘要 太阳能光热发电是当前全球能源科技和产业发展的重要方向,是国际能源领域具有巨大发展潜力的朝阳新兴产业,发展光热发电对调整世界能源结构、推进能源生产、促进生态文明建设具有重要意义。当前国际光热电站的主流形式分为塔式和槽式两种,其中熔盐介质塔式光热电站以高聚光比、超高压、高温度为主要特点,具有很好的光电转化效率和汽机热电效率。在塔式光热电站的建设中,吸热塔区是整个电站建设的核心区,而核心部件-吸热器(MSR)的安装也成为了整个塔式光热电站的核心工作,本文列举分析了近年国内外典型的商业化塔式光热电站的吸热器安装技术方案,对比了国内外吸热器安装技术的异同点,由于当前光热建设项目数量并不多,可为今后商业化塔式光热电站建设提供借鉴。 CSP(concentrated solar power)generation is an important direction of global energy technology and industry development,and an emerging industry with huge development potential in the international energy field.The development of solar thermal power generation is of great significance to the adjustment of world energy structure,the promotion of energy production and the promotion of ecological civilization construction.At present,the main forms of the international CSP plant can be divided into tower type and Parabolic Trough Collector type,among which the tower type of molten salt medium is characterized by high concentration ratio,ultra-high pressure and high temperature,and has good solar-electric conversion efficiency and steam turbine thermo-electric efficiency.In the construction of Tower-CSP plants,receive tower area is the core of the power station construction,and the installation of the core parts of molten salt receiver(MSR)has become the core work of the entire solar-thermal power project,this paper analyzes the typical commercial tower solar-thermal power MSR installation construction technology scheme,compared the similarities and differences among the MSR installation technology in China and abroad due to the current construction projects of field quantity is not much,can do for future commercial solar-thermal power tower construction in order to draw lessons from.
