摘要
火力发电厂储煤建筑煤的自燃现象非常普遍,近几年根据国家环保要求必须是封闭建筑,无论采用钢筋混凝土结构还是钢结构建筑,为了防止煤自燃对结构本身造成破坏,需要对结构本身受力构件进行隔热设计。市场上隔热材料很多,应用行业比较广泛,价格差异很大,在火力发电厂的总承包项目中,既要控制造价,又要选择适合的隔热材料。本文根据建筑隔热材料的性能调查,结合储煤建筑的特点及不同煤质的特性研究分析,推荐出优化合理的隔热设计方案,以便对今后的总承包设计起到借鉴作用。
In recent years,according to the national environmental protection requirements,closed buildings,reinforced concrete structures or steel structures must be used.In order to prevent the damage caused by coal spontaneous combustion to the structure itself,it is necessary to conduct a heat insulation design to the structure itself.There are a lot of heat insulation materials in the market,which are widely used in various industries and have great price differences.In the general contract project of the thermal power plant,it is necessary not only to control the cost,but also to choose suitable heat insulation materials.According to the performance investigation of building heat insulation materials,combined with the characteristics of coal storage buildings and the characteristics of different coal quality research and analysis,this paper recommends the optimal and reasonable heat insulation design scheme,so as to play a reference role in the future design.
