摘要
在"碳中和"目标下,一场以大力开发利用可再生能源为主题的能源革命正在大势兴起,随着海上风电高速发展,近海资源开发逐渐饱和,由浅海走向深海,是未来发展的必然趋势,海上风电升压站平台布置与舾装设计的优劣关系到海上升压站的安全性、实用性和经济性,在现代海上升压站的设计中占据着越来越重要的位置。分析了目前国内外海上风电场升压平台的发展现状,对海上升压站平台布置方案进行了研究分析,提出海上升压站平台的功能区域划分以及布局的基本要求和原则。根据海上风电场的环境特点和运行要求,总结并归纳了海上风电升压站平台舾装的要点及做法,同时对近年来舾装设计过程中海上升压站走廊布置、舾装材料等部位提出了优化建议。
Under the"carbon neutral"target,a vigorous development and utilization of renewable energy as the theme of the energy revolution is a growing trend,with the development of offshore wind speed,offshore resources development is gradually saturated,from the shallow to the deep sea,is the inevitable trend of future development,offshore wind power booster station platform layout and the advantages and disadvantages of outfitting design are related to the maritime booster station security,practicability and economy,the design of modern sea booster station occupies a more and more important role.This paper analyzes the development status of offshore wind farm booster platform at home and abroad,studies and analyzes the layout scheme of offshore booster station platform,and puts forward the functional area division and the basic requirements and principles of the layout of offshore booster station platform.According to the environmental characteristics and operation requirements of offshore wind farms,the outfitting points and methods of offshore wind power boost station platform are summarized.At the same time,optimization suggestions are put forward for the corridor layout and outfitting materials of the offshore wind power boost stations in the outfitting design process in recent years.
