核电站汽轮发电机基座台板结构施工关键技术研究

Research on the key construction technology of base plate structure of nuclear power station turbogenerator

摘要 核电站的建设已成为我国电力建设重要组成部分。作为核电站常规岛中心的汽轮发电机基座台板,对其施工质量进行控制尤为关键。通过研究模板支架预压、有限元仿真计算及GPRS大体积混凝土测温等技术在台板结构施工中的应用,提高了施工效率,确保了施工质量。该技术可应用到高支模、大体积、精度及质量要求高的混凝土结构上,推广应用价值较高。 The construction of nuclear power station has become an important part of China’s power construction.As the center of conventional island in nuclear power plants,the construction quality control of the pedestal of turbo generator is the most important.This paper studies the application of formwork support preloading,finite element simulation calculation and GPRS mass concrete temperature measurement technology in the construction of platform structure,which improves the construction efficiency and ensures the construction quality.The technology research can be applied to the concrete structure with high formwork,large volume,high precision and quality requirements,and has high application value.
