根据大型钢制罐体构件现场施工实际要求,设计一种新型的焊条保温筒,使其具备支持每次取用仅取出1根焊条、取用过程简单、保温筒内部环境完全不暴露在外界、取用过程安全性能高等优点,杜绝手工电弧焊在高温熔盐储热储罐的焊接施工当中造成质量问题、安全问题以及文明施工问题。

According to the actual requirements of large-scale steel tank components on site construction,a new type of welding rod portable oven is designed,so that the new type of welding rod portable oven can support only one welding rod each time it is used.The advantages of operability and the internal environment of the portable oven is not exposed at all and high safety performance.The access process prevent manual arc welding from causing quality problems,safety problems,and civilized construction problems in the welding construction of high-temperature molten salt heat storage tanks.
