摘要
内蒙古某2×660 MW燃煤发电厂的储煤筒仓采用了圆形预应力钢筋混凝土筒仓,其高度为49.87 m,内径达到了36 m。基于《钢筋混凝土筒仓设计规范》,分析了筒仓各种荷载工况,并采用SAP2000有限元分析软件,模拟了筒仓结构在贮料荷载、温度作用以及预应力荷载等作用下的受力特性,为设计工作提供了帮助。
Circular prestressed reinforced concrete silo is used in a 2×660 MW coal-fired power plant in Inner Mongolia.The silo’s height is 49.87 m and its inner diameter is 36 m.Based on Code for design of reinforced concrete silos,various load cases of silos are analyzed by using SAP2000 finite element analysis software.The results of stress under stored material load,temperature load and prestressed load are obtained,which is helpful for design.
