摘要
参照上汽/西门子STIM标准和国际标准及相关设计资料,通过对已投运上汽/西门子机型汽机基础进行振动分析试算并与制造厂协商,研究适合上汽/西门子机型汽机基础振动分析的动参数与衡量标准。某1000 MW上汽/西门子机型汽机基础为降低循环水扬程,节约厂用电,降低凝汽器接口,相应汽机基座部分柱长度增长3.2 m,长细比显著减小。采用有限元分析软件SAP2000和ANSYS建立此汽机基础最终设计方案的空间有限元模型,对方案进行振动分析,确保汽轮发电机组安全稳定运行。
According to STIM criteria,international standard and related design material,by analyzing operated steam turbine-generator foundation and negotiating with manufacturer,the dynamic parameters and measurement standard suited to STC/Siemens foundation are studied.The columns of one 1000 MW STC/Siemens turbine-generator foundation are elongated 3.2 meters to reduce the circulating water head,save plant use electric,and reduce the condenser interface.The space finite element model of the design plan is set up by using SAP2000 and ANSYS.Vibration analysis is carried out to ensure the safe and stable operation of the turbine-generator set.
