摘要
随着火电厂钢煤斗体积增大和体型异化,传统计算方法已经不适应复杂钢煤斗的计算分析。采用有限元软件Midas Gen对某火电厂矩形分叉钢煤斗进行计算。利用计算结果对支座反力、分叉处应力和水平加劲肋内力进行分析,得到支座反力、分叉处应力和加劲肋内力的分布情况,以期能对钢煤斗的设计优化提供借鉴。
With the increase in the scuttle volume and the dissimilar shape of coal scuttle in thermal power plants,traditional calculation method is not suitable for the calculation and analysis of complex scuttles.In this paper,the finite element software Midas Gen is used to calculate the rectangular bifurcated steel coal scuttle of a thermal power plant.The distribution of bearing reaction,bifurcation stress and internal force of the horizontal stiffener is analyzed by using the calculated results,so as to provide reference for the design optimization of steel coal scuttles.
