摘要
某电厂是以海水作为凝汽器及其他辅机冷却水源的海边电厂,由于大部分循环水管道都敷设在地下,管道受到海水、土壤等腐蚀影响。为了使循环水管道在设计寿命期内取得相对较好的经济效益,从管道强度、刚度、纵向变形、使用安全性等方面考虑,结合具体工程的地质条件,对管道选用材质进行方案比选。结果表明:针对该工程,考虑到钢管的运行费用和现场制作方便等因素,特别是在电厂汽机房前地下构筑物复杂地段可考虑焊接起伏和在转角处安装便,提出了管道制作方案的合理建议。
A power plant at seaside uses seawater as cooling water source of condenser and other auxiliaries.Circulating water pipes are easily corroded by soil and seawater because most of them are underground.In order to make the circulating water pipes achieve relatively good economic benefits during the design,various materials of circulating water pipes are compared from different aspects such as strength,stiffness,longitudinal deformation and safety.And engineering geology is considered.The results show that for this project,considering the operating cost of steel pipe and the convenience of on-site production,especially considering the welding undulation and installation in the corner of the complex underground structure in front of the turbine house of the power plant,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the pipe production scheme.
