摘要
为了提高破碎岩土体中大直径旋挖抗滑桩的成桩质量,结合某变电站大直径旋挖抗滑桩成功应用的施工经验,探讨了复杂地质下大直径旋挖抗滑桩的施工难度和工艺问题。通过分析复杂地质条件下大直径旋挖抗滑桩塌孔的原因,研究了成桩的护壁方式和桩底清孔工艺,并针对大直径旋挖抗滑桩塌孔、漏浆及沉渣厚度大等关键问题提出了有效解决方案,总结了大直径旋挖抗滑桩成桩质量控制方法,研究对今后类似大直径旋挖抗滑桩成桩质量的控制具有借鉴意义。
In order to improve the quality of large diameter rotary excavation anti-slide pilesin broken rock and soil,this paper discusses the construction difficulty and technology of pilesin complex geology based on the successful application in a substation.It analyzes the reasons for the collapse of large diameter rotary excavation anti-slide piles under complex geological conditions,studies the wall protection method and the hole cleaning technology at the bottom of piles.And effective solutions are put forward for key problems such as collapse,slurry leakage and sediment thickness of the pile.The quality control methods for pile forming of large diameter rotary excavation anti-slide pile are summarized.The research results will guide the quality control of similar large diameter rotary excavation anti-slide piles in the future.
