白云岩筑面板堆石坝流变三维有限元分析

摘要 混凝土面板堆石坝是水利水电工程中广泛应用的一种坝型,其坝体填筑料选用因地制宜,白泥面板堆石坝采用白云岩筑坝,坝体填筑中发现所用白云岩存在级配不均匀、碾压后易破碎等现象。结合工程特点,本文开展了坝体填筑料力学试验及大坝流变三维有限元仿真分析。结论如下:1)白云岩属中硬岩,不易软化,室内试验获取的堆石体E-B模型参数较高;2)考虑流变下,稳定期坝体最大沉降约占坝高的0.2%;3)面板应力变形在数值上的发展历程和分布情况均符合一般规律,且远小于面板的承受极限。 CFRD is widely used in hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering,and its filling materials are selected according to local conditions.Dolomite is used in the construction of the Baini concrete face rockfill dam.During the filling of the dam,it is found that the dolomite is uneven in grading and easy to be broken after rolling.Combined with engineering characteristics,this paper carries out the mechanical test of the dam filling material and the finite element simulation analysis of the dam rheology.The conclusions are as follows:1)Dolomite is a kind of medium hard rock,which is not easy to soften.The parameters of E-B model of rockfill obtained from laboratory tests are relatively high.2)Considering rheology,the maximum dam settlement is about 0.2%of the dam height in the stable period.3)The development and distribution of the stress and deformation of the concrete face slab are consistent with the general law,and far less than the bearing limit of the concrete face slab.
