重组人干扰素α2b喷雾剂治疗手足口病临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Recombinant Human Interferon α 2b Spray in the Treatment of Hand-foot-mouth Disease

目的探讨重组人干扰素α2b喷雾剂治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法将2014年7月—2017年7月医院就诊确认的70例手足口病患儿随机分为对照组(35例,常规对症治疗)、试验组(35例,常规对症治疗+局部喷涂重组人干扰素α2b喷雾剂治疗)。对比两组患儿临床症状消失时间、病原学转阴情况、住院时间及不良反应发生率。结果试验组患儿发热消退时间、皮疹消退时间、疱疹消退时间及住院时间与对照组相比显著缩短(P<0.05);出院时试验组EV 71和Cox A16转阴率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率和对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部喷涂重组人干扰素α2b喷雾剂治疗儿童手足口病能促进其临床症状的改善,缩短住院时间,且不增加不良反应发生率,获得满意的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon alpha 2 b spray in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children.Methods From July 2014 to July 2017,70 children with HFMD confirmed in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(35 cases with conventional symptomatic treatment)and the experimental group(35 cases with conventional symptomatic treatment+local spraying with recombinant human interferon alpha 2 b spray).To compare the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,pathogenic Yin transition,length of stay and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The duration of fever resolution,rash resolution,herpes resolution and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the negative conversion rates of EV 71 and Cox A16 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Local spraying of recombinant human interferon alpha 2 b spray can improve the clinical symptoms of HFMD in children,shorten the length of hospital stay,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
