翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术后角膜绷带镜的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析巨大翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术后应用角膜绷带镜的临床效果。方法选取本院于2012年8月—2017年8月收治的48例巨大翼状胬肉的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,均接受巨大翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植。观察组患者在术后应用角膜绷带镜,而对照组则应用金霉素眼膏进行术后治疗。比较两组患者的术后1 d水肿发生率和复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组和对照组水肿的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而胬肉复发率观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(4.17%)显著低于对照组(25.00%),且差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.181,P<0.05)。结论在巨大翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植术后应用角膜绷带镜可以改善患者术后眼部舒适度,加快患者的恢复速度。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of corneal bandage after excision of giant pterygium combined with autograft conjunctival autograft.Methods 48 cases of giant pterygium treated in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.All patients were underwent giant pterygium excision combined with conjunctival autograft transplantation.The patients in the observation group were given corneal bandage after operation,while the control group was treated with chlortetracycline ointment.Edema rate,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions 1 day after operation were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of edema in two groups(P>0.05),but the rate of recurrent rate in the pterygium was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.17%)was significantly lower than the control group(25.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.181,P<0.05).Conclusion The corneal bandage mirror after the giant pterygium excision combined with autologous conjunctival transplantation can improve the postoperative eye comfort and speed up the recovery of the patients.
