显微夹闭手术时机对脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者疗效的影响

Influence of Microsurgery Opportunity on the Clinical Effects of Patients With Cerebral Aneurysm Rupture and Hemorrhage

目的探讨显微夹闭手术时机对脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者疗效的影响。方法选取本院2017年1月—2019年8月收治脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者共30例,随机分为对照组(15例)和观察组(15例),分别行择期和早期显微夹闭手术治疗,比较两组手术相关临床指标水平、术后MoCA评分及GOS评分良好率。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后MoCA评分和GOS评分良好率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期显微夹闭手术较择期手术在改善脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者术后认知功能和改善预后方面具有优势。

Objective To investigate the influence of microsurgery opportunity on the clinical effects of patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage.Methods 30 patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage were chosen in the period from January 2017 to August 2019 and randomly divided into two groups including the control group(15 patients)with micropinch and the observation group(15 patients)with intravascular embolization;and the surgery-related clinical indicators,postoperative MoCA score,GOS score good and excellent rate were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and hospital staying time between 2 groups(P>0.05).The postoperative MoCA score and good and excellent rate of GOS score of the observation group were significant more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with selective operation,early microsurgery in the treatment of patients with ruptured cerebral aneurysm and hemorrhage after operation should be superior to improving cognitive function and prognosis.
