研究人性化管理在医院卫生管理中的应用分析

Study on the Application of Humanized Management in Hospital Health Management

目的分析人性化管理在医院卫生管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月实施人性化管理后住院的72例患者作为观察组(在常规管理的基础上予人性化管理),2017年6月—2018年6月实施人性化管理前住院的72例患者作为对照组(予常规管理方法),对比实施人性化管理前后1年的应用效果。结果观察组的医患关系评分(8.17±0.89)分、员工卫生意识评分(8.29±1.13)分、就诊环境评分(8.51±1.31)分、服务质量评分(8.41±1.01)分均高于对照组的医患关系评分(5.21±1.02)分、员工卫生意识评分(5.33±1.14)分、就诊环境评分(5.23±1.26)分、服务质量评分(5.28±1.34)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理在医院卫生管理中的应用效果十分显著,能够有效建立良好的医患关系。

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized management in hospital health management.Methods 72 patients who were hospitalized after the implementation of humanized management from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the observation group(with humanized management on the basis of routine management),and 72 patients who were hospitalized before the implementation of humanized management from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the control group(with routine management method).The application effect of humanized management before and after the implementation of 1 year was compared.Results The observation group’s doctor-patient relationship score(8.17±0.89)points,employee health awareness score(8.29±1.13)points,medical environment score(8.51±1.31)points,quality of service score(8.41±1.01)points were higher than the control group’s doctor-patient relationship score(5.21±1.02)points,employee health awareness score(5.33±1.14)points,medical environment score(5.23±1.26)points,quality of service score(5.28±1.34)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of humanized management in hospital health management is very significant,which can effectively establish a good doctor-patient relationship.
