目的分析病案示踪系统在移动设备端的应用价值。方法分析本院2014—2018年病案示踪系统在移动设备端的应用情况,评估病案示踪系统在移动设备端的应用价值。结果推广病案示踪系统在移动端的应用后,病案示踪系统所能反馈的追踪项目较传统示踪平台所登记的追踪项目更加详细丰富,病案示踪系统质控登记在移动端的使用让问题病历修正率得以提升,移动端签收模块在后台导出的签收病案数据统计反馈能够给病案质控部门提供考核基础数据,病案示踪系统质控登记在移动端的使用比重逐年增加。结论病案示踪系统在移动设备端中的应用,突破了操作区域的局限性,对于提升病案工作效率有着极为重要的意义。

Objective To analyze the application value of medical record tracing system in mobile devices.Methods The application of medical record tracing system in mobile devices in the hospital from 2014 to 2018 was analyzed,and the application value of medical record tracing system in mobile devices was evaluated.Results After popularizing the application of medical record tracing system in mobile terminal,the tracking items that medical record tracing system can feedback are more detailed and abundant than those registered by traditional platform.The use of medical record tracing system quality control registration in mobile terminal improves the correction rate of problematic medical record,and the statistical feedback of signed medical record data exported by mobile terminal signing and receiving module in the background can give the quality of medical record.The control department provides basic data for assessment,and the proportion of quality control registration of medical record tracer system in mobile terminal is increasing year by year.Conclusion The application of medical record tracer system in mobile device breaks through the limitation of operation area,and is of great significance to improve the efficiency of medical record work.
