观察优质护理对门诊护理及满意度的影响 被引量:9

Observation of the Effect of Quality Nursing on the Quality of Care and Patient Satisfaction in Outpatient Clinics

摘要 目的探讨优质护理对门诊分诊护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法本次研究选取2018年1月—12月本院诊治的100例门诊患者,按照随机原则进行分组,将100例患者分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50),对照组患者采取常规护理方案,根据患者的实际病情,指导患者到相应的诊室进行就诊,同时告知患者检查的注意事项。观察组患者采取优质护理措施进行导诊分诊干预。比较两组患者挂号时间、检查等候时间、护患纠纷率、焦虑抑郁情绪评分、患者满意度。结果(1)观察组患者挂号时间(10.10±3.51)min、检查等候时间(10.50±1.55)min明显比对照组更短,护患纠纷率(6.00%)明显比对照组更低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。(2)观察组患者护理后焦虑抑郁情绪评分中SAS评分(46.55±5.38)分、SDS评分(43.85±5.18)分明显比对照组更低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组护理后焦虑抑郁情绪评分明显比护理前降低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。(3)观察组患者满意度(96.00%)明显比对照组(60.00%)更高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在门诊分诊的过程中,采取优质护理方案可以减少护患纠纷,缩短患者等待就诊的时间,改善患者的负面心理状态,从而有利于提高患者的满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on the quality of care and patient satisfaction in outpatient clinics.Methods One hundred outpatients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.Grouped patients were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to random principle,the control group patients were taken a routine care plan,according to the actual condition of the patient,instruct the patient to go to the corresponding clinic for treatment,and inform the patient of the precautions for the examination.Patients in the observation group were treated with quality nursing measures for interventional intervention.The registration time,check waiting time,nurse dispute rate,anxiety and depression score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The patient registration time(10.10±3.51)min and examination waiting time(10.50±1.55)min were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the patient dispute rate(6.00%)was significantly lower in the nursing group than in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Postnursing anxiety and depression score of patients in the observation group SAS score was(46.55±5.38)points,SDS score was(43.85±5.18)points significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower in the two groups than before nursing,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(3)Patient satisfaction(96.00%)was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(60.00%),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the process of outpatient consultation,the adoption of quality nursing program can reduce the patient’s disputes,shorten the patient’s waiting time,and improve the patient’s negative psychological state,which is conducive to improving the patient’s satisfaction.
