中药汤剂辨证治疗冠心病、心绞痛远期疗效观察

Long-Term Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction on Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的探究分析中药汤剂辨证治疗冠心病、心绞痛远期临床疗效。方法选取本院64例冠心病、心绞痛患者,作为本次探究对象,时间为2017年10月—2018年11月,按照"随机抽签方法"展开分组,可以分成对照组、观察组,均包含32例患者,对照组:常规治疗,观察组:西药治疗,比较两个小组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率比较,对照组比观察组高,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药汤剂辨证治疗冠心病、心绞痛远期疗效比较显著。

Objective To explore the long-term clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods Sixty-four patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the"random lottery method",they were divided into control group and observation group,each group was 32 cases.The control group was treated with routine therapy.The observation group was treated with western medicine,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the control group than in the observation group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is significant.
