小针刀治疗强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Small Needle Knife on Tendon Attachment Inflammation in Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的研究在强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎患者中应用小针刀治疗的临床效果。方法文章以抽签法进行分组,研究对象为2018年4月—2019年4月期间本院诊治的62例强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎患者,每组31例,参照组开展强脊宁一号汤联合双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,试验组开展强脊宁一号汤联合小针刀治疗,对试验组与参照组临床治疗差异进行比较研究。结果试验组强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎患者临床治疗有效率、血沉减少数值、C反应蛋白减少数值、VAS量表评分对比参照组数据指标,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论将小针刀治疗应用于强直性脊柱炎肌腱附着点炎患者中展现显著价值,能够很好的减轻患者的病痛。

Objective To study the clinical effect of small needle knife treatment in patients with tendon attachment inflammation of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods This paper was divided into groups by sampling method.The target of the sample was 62 patients with ankylosing spondylitis tendon attachment inflammation in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019.Each group had 31 cases.The reference group was treated with Qiangjining No.1 decoction combined with diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Qiangjining No.1 decoction combined with small needle knife,and the clinical treatment differences between the experimental group and the reference group were compared.Results In the experimental group,the clinical treatment efficiency,erythrocyte sedimentation rate reduction,C-reactive protein reduction value,VAS scale score and reference group data index of patients with ankylosing spondylitis tendon adhesion point were observed,all P<0.05,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of small needle knife treatment in patients with ankylosing spondylitis tendon attachment inflammation has significant value and can reduce the pain of patients.
