摘要
活菌的检测是病原菌检验的关键,目前快速、灵敏、特异和准确的检测方法,如定量聚合酶链反应(quantitative PCR,qPCR)是微生物检测领域关注的焦点之一。其中,基于核酸结合染料如以叠氮溴化丙锭(propidium monoazide,PMA)预处理的定量聚合酶链反应(PMA-qPCR)已广泛应用于多种病原菌活菌的检测,但仍然存在一定的局限性。现就PMA-qPCR检测与区分活菌(living bacteria)和死菌(dead bacteria)的研究进展作一综述。
Rapid detection of living bacteria is the key of pathogen identification and surveillance.Sensitive,specific and accurate method such as quantitative PCR(qPCR)technology is one of the focuses in this field.qPCR technology based on nucleic acid binding dyes such as propidium monoazide(PMA)treatment has been widely used for the detection of a variety of viable pathogens,although it has some limitations.This review summarized the research progress of PMA-qPCR technology used in the detection and differentiation of live and dead pathogenic bacteria.
