摘要
对位系统广泛应用于液晶面板、半导体及其他高端制造领域,是实现全自动化工艺设备、检测设备的重要组件。本文研发一种用于检测手机屏孔区的对位系统,包括3组相机、移动模组和同轴点光源,通过机器视觉的方式,实现对待检的手机屏进行高精度的对位,且具备快速换型功能,便于工业现场检测。
Alignment systems are widely used in LCD panels,semiconductors,and other high-end manufacturing fields,and are important components for achieving fully automated process equipment and testing equipment.This article develops an alignment system for detecting the hole area of mobile phone screens,which includes two sets of cameras,a mobile module,and a coaxial point light source.Through machine vision,high-precision alignment of the mobile phone screen to be inspected is achieved,and it has the function of rapid transformation,making it easy for industrial on-site detection.
