摘要 材料的电磁特性参数是决定电子系统器件性能的基本参数。本文主要对材料的电磁参数测试展开介绍。首先指出随着电子设备和电子元器件对材料电磁性能要求的提高,材料的电磁参数成为决定电路特性的关键因素。然后详细介绍了材料的电磁特性参数,包括介电常数、磁导率、吸波性能、反射率、透过率等。接着介绍了材料电磁参数测试的方法,包括测试仪器设备、测试夹具和测试软件。本文还提到了材料电磁参数测试的新趋势,包括对毫米波和低损耗材料的需求增加以及谐振腔测试方法的应用。最后介绍了材料电磁参数测试的新技术,包括传输反射法的误差修正技术和GRL校准技术。通过分析,阐述了材料的电磁特性参数测试的重要性,并强调了可靠的测量解决方案对于材料研发成功的重要作用。 The electromagnetic characteristic parameters of materials are fundamental parameters that determine the performance of electronic system components.This paper mainly introduces the relevant content of material electromagnetic parameter measurement.Firstly,this paper points out that with the increasing requirements of electronic devices and components for material electromagnetic performance,material electromagnetic parameters have become key factors in determining circuit characteristics.Then,the paper provides a detailed introduction to the electromagnetic characteristic parameters of materials,including dielectric constant,permeability,absorption performance,reflectivity,transmissivity,etc.Next,the paper introduces the methods for measuring material electromagnetic parameters,including instruments and equipment,fixtures,and software.The paper also mentions the new trends in material electromagnetic parameter measurement,including the increasing demand for millimeter-wave and low-loss materials,as well as the application of resonant cavity testing methods.Finally,this paper introduces new technologies for material electromagnetic parameter measurement,including error correction techniques for the transmission reflection method and GRL calibration technique.Through analysis,the paper interprets the importance of material electromagnetic characteristic parameter measurement and emphasizes the critical role of a reliable measurement solution in the success of material research and development.
