摘要
随着集成电路的发展,模拟集成电路的重要性日益凸显,然而模拟集成电路目前还是主要以手动布局布线为主,为了使得寄生效应影响下模拟电路能够实现预期功能,模拟电路工程师不得不在版图设计和仿真过程进行迭代,直到找到一组高度约束使得模拟电路正常工作。这使得即使模拟集成电路的规模不大,其设计也是一件非常耗时的工作,这与当下模拟集成电路巨大的消费需求和市场空间急需缩短研发周期的需求极度不匹配。自动布局算法是模拟集成电路设计自动化的关键环节,研究针对模拟集成电路的自动布局算法对于提高设计效率、缩短研发周期有着重要意义。本文提出了一种基于序列对和绝对位置信息共同表示的处理模拟集成电路对称约束的自动布局算法,它的优势在于能够简洁高效处理对称约束,并且能够快速高效融入到其它算法中。
With the development of integrated circuits,the importance of analog integrated circuits has become increasingly prominent.However,at present,analog integrated circuits are mainly manual layout and wiring.In order to make the analog circuits realize the expected functions under the influence of parasitic effects,engineers have to circle in the layout design step and simulation step until they find a set of high constraints to make the analog circuits work normally.This makes the design of analog integrated circuits a very time-consuming work even if the scale of analog integrated circuits is small,which is extremely mismatched with the huge consumer demand of analog integrated circuits and the urgent need to shorten the R&D cycle in the current market space.Automatic layout algorithm is the key link of analog integrated circuit design automation.The research on automatic layout algorithm for analog integrated circuit is of great significance to improve design efficiency and shorten R&D cycle.This paper presents an automatic placement algorithm based on sequence pair and absolute position information.Its advantage is that it can deal with symmetry constraints concisely and efficiently,and can be quickly and efficiently integrated into other algorithms.
